    Awesome job Dave. The site looks great and the video was really well done – nice mix between visual content and you presenting. Most importantly, the content was really well presented, not at all fluffy and practical. Good take-aways.

    Does message encoding have any relevance to the way a special charter is displayed or is it just the encoding on the client side email reader?
